No Worries, stress, fear.

When I became pregnant with my second child after the excitement phase I began to worry.   How would I handle two small children at once? When would I ever finish school? Could I be a working mom with two children? Just a flood of fears came over me.   One of the main things humans do is worry and fear.   They say if you want to really live in peace and in the moment we must let go of all worry and fear. But we all know it’s just not that easy.   Fear can be paralyzing though. Fear can keep you on a merry go round.   Maybe you want to start a new career, but you’re scared that it’s too late to do something new. Maybe your in a relationship that you know in your heart isn’t what you want. But comfort keeps you there. Fear of moving on keeps you there.   Perhaps you want to go back to school or even take a semester off. Those strong voices and thoughts are usually what we must follow and obey.
