our time. our walk. our life.
Hi friends and
readers. I hope everyone had an amazing blessed weekend. We are in the last
week of April! Summer is right around the corner and I am super excited.
This morning I
got pulled over for speeding…Good morning to me! Haha! I got off with a warning
thank God, and I was determined not to let that set a tone for what the rest of
the day was going to be like. I quickly made amends with God and myself that I
needed to be more careful and left it at that.
As my day went on I decided to tweet something about “Barbara Walters.”
Nothing incredibly mean, but I guess mean enough to piss off another tweeter!
Anyway this person went on to call me a bunch of names and what not so I just
deleted the tweet and blocked the person. Right after tweeting that I saw this
quote on something I was reading “Bob
Marley Judge not before you judge yourself. Judge not if you’re not ready for judgment.”
This instantly made me
feel really guilty about posting that tweet and I immediately asked for
forgiveness. The point of my story is that I upset someone with my words and
that is not what I like to do! You see in order for anyone to reach our “divine
destiny” we must first stop BLOCKING OUR BLESSING. Everyday we wake up
breathing is a new day of “training” and life. In order to become what God has
destined us to be and in order for us to reach those dreams we carry inside we
must first stop “blocking our blessings” What is this exactly you may be
wondering. This picture I took today is the perfect example. The quote says it all.
I was walking into an unknown path. I cold have been frightened or nervous of
what was ahead. But instead I invited God to walk with me. My walk instantly
felt peaceful. A man appeared out of no where wearing a white tee shirt and
black sweats..I could have easily given into
fear but instead I smiled and said hello. We are all fighting a battle
of some sort within ourselves. Maybe some of us are fearful for no reason. Fear
of being alone, fear of failure, and fear of another human, this is a form of
blocking a blessing. Or maybe we go around all day posting judgment on someone
for no reason, complaining about our health, weight, looks, family troubles,
these are all things that are blocking our blessings. We will never get over
that hurdle into our “divine destiny” until we learn to just hand over all of
our troubles to God. Our job in the morning is to wake up and live, smile, be
kind, and help others. Our job isn’t to try and fix everything around us or to
constantly worry about the unknown. I admit that me myself struggle everyday
with these things, but recognizing it I feel is a step into the right path.
What is holding you back from jumping over that hurdle into your “best life” is
it financial problems, school, family issues, love, health. Whatever it may be
that is always weighing you down and putting you in a funk let it go. In order
to find true inner peace we must learn to just let go and live on.
I hope this will help the
rest of your week be a little more peaceful. Thanks for reading please feel
free to share and or ask any questions. oneLOVE

| "We walk by Faith not by sight. Let me fear not." |

You are right, if you walk upon a fork on a road most people tend to stay off the path that they fear of. Sometimes you just have to overcome that fear and let GOD lead you, because only he knows the right path! Great post!
